Auditing

We are experts in Quality Engineering and Auditing, and with our knowledge of failure and process analysis, we can resolve any issue, quickly.
Our audits involve systematically examining and evaluating the manufacturing process to ensure it meets defined standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Training

Training – We offer specalized training. Onsite or off site as well as Seminars. Training is designed around your specific needs. Meaning we take basic taining and seminar techniques and custom tailer them to fit issue or problem to address real issues and problems in your company. At present we offer three training programs:

  • Process Analysis and Re-Engineering
  • Failure/Fault Analysis to Root Cause and Corrective Action

Failure Analysis

With more than 40 years of expertise in overseeing Failure Analysis initiatives and personally conducting analyses, I have examined semiconductor wafers, IC components, and even entire systems, including a noteworthy project in collaboration with NASA involving the space shuttle. My track record boasts a success rate exceeding 95% in pinpointing the root causes of failures.
